Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Our Products are stored and shipped out of our Auckland warehouse. 

How long will it take to arrive?

From order to you can be up to 8 business days but it's usually around 4

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

  • Orders are usually sent via CourierPost with a transit time of approximately 1-4 business days from dispatch.

  • From time to time we may use alternative delivery methods but this will not impact the shipping charges.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

How much is postage?

 

  • Delivery is FREE for any order above $40 cart value within New Zealand. 

  • For orders less than $40 we charge a flat rate of $4.50 

 

 

We don't offer shipping outside of New Zealand at this stage however please contact us and we'll do our best to assist. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at eHerbalist. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Warranty 

All of your dry herb Vaporizers come with a 12-month warranty, this covers the coils, battery and electronics. 

  • Warranty is voided in the case of damage from water or other improper use.

 

In order to make a claim please contact us on our contact page.

  • The process usually involves sending the item back to our Auckland branch then (once the fault is verified) we'll send you out a replacement. 

Returns

We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a refund. 

  • Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing.

Broken in delivery

All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy. 

 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
